Dissolve one package of lemon flavoured jelly in 1 cup of boiling water. Drain 8 3/4 oz. can of crushed pineapple; RESERVE SYRUP. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup. Add to jelly with 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Chill till partially set.
Fold pineapple, 1 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup of chopped pecans into jelly. Chill until firm.
