Lemon Loaf

Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture with milk. Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 55 to 60 minutes.

While the loaf is still hot, pour over loaf a mixture of 1/4 cup of white sugar and 3 tbsp. lemon juice.
