Prep time: 10 minutes plus refrigerating
1. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate.
2. Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables, pita bread wedges and breadsticks. I often serve bread sticks along with the veggies.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
