Beef Hash
- 2 to 3 cups cut-up cooked beef
- 2 packages (10 Oz. each) frozen hash brown potatoes,
thawed
- 1 cup gravy or beef broth
- Salt and pepper
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low
setting for 6 to 8 hours (on High setting for 2 to 3 hours).
4 Servings (about 1 1/2 quarts). Double recipe for 5-quart
Crock-Pot.
